I was charged the wrong price for the chicken friand. I told one of the employees. She argued with me & was extremely disagreeable. She said that’s what the price was on the register. When I showed her the sign, she said it was an old sign and took it down. She refused to honor the price or give me my money back. However, Deep was very nice and gave me a free dessert. There were other problems though. There was no bread out. I had to ask for it. They gave me a few slices on a plate. They never restocked the container. There was no butter out. I had to ask for that and was only given a few. Additionally, they ran out of the black raspberry jelly. While I greatly appreciated the free dessert, it was overall an aggravating experience that ruined my lunch. I had problems with the lack of cleanliness at the la Madeleine (mall of Georgia- Buford) a couple months ago. I drove out of my way to go to this location at Pleasant Hill. I won’t be going to either of these restaurants anytime soon.

There wasn’t any forks and even after we finished eating there still wasn’t any forks. We did try asking if they were being cleaned but we didn’t really get a response.

The quality of the food was sub par. The creme brulee was extremely sweet and the texture was gritty. The chocolate almond crossant was hard as a rock and the mini lemon tart had no lemon flavor. The creme on it tasted very pasty. I was disappointed in the quality of the food. I specifically came for the creme brulee and threw one of the two I had away because it tasted horrible.

the croissant was not good It was like a roll in the shape of a croissant. The Croissants you used to serve were made of many layers of dough folded over and over but the one you serve now Is just rolled up dough that has not been layered. I am sure you are doing this to save money but I would rather pay more and get a genuine French Croissant.

We were waiting for the food to long, 40 minutes long, we asked your associate and the answer are not satisfying, "well because we have big party in another room, and we're short of helper"and thats not excuseable!!!

It took a little longer than it should to get through the line which appears to be a staffing issue…not a huge issue, though. The bigger issue was quality. I had a pieces of spinach that were rotten (not wilted or soaked in dressing) and the cold brew coffee was extremely diluted. With just a small amount of cream it literally turned to look like milk.

I’ve been here multiple times and food used to be good but today wasn’t. Bacon was over cooked and super greasy. Croissants were super dry and almost crispy. Our side orders were forgetting and my iced latte.

We decided to do catering from this location for Easter. Our friends frequently order catering at the Mall of Georgia location and has so much amazing comments about this location. The staff at the location (Gwinette) were great. Few things that could be better: 1. The Salmon were not as good as the Mall of Georgia location. 2. Mashed potatoes were extremely dry. 3. They forgot to give us the stand and sternos for the chafers. We realized when we got home, they loaded the items in the car. 4. They did not give us bread sides. I ordered another catering order from another location (Perimeter, GA Order ID: 12856171) for this Saturday, April 15. I am hoping that this will be better than the last one.

Only one of three entrees was served to our table despite all of us ordering the same food. I had to go up with the receipt and it appears they forgot to serve my parents. While I enjoy the Dunwoody location, this Duluth branch always takes to long or forgets to serve food. The person who I reminded of our food took my actual receipt and tossed it in the garbage. I had to use a voided receipt.
