I've been dining at this restaurant for over 20 years and have watched the presentation as well as the service decline. The crew is no longer cheery and friendly (they actually stand together at the register and discuss personal business). The scanner is usually not working (have lost out on multiple transactions to maintain reward status). And the restaurant ambiance is no longer a comfy place to sip my coffee:( !

Food items could be each separated. Have you been to a French anything in France, ever? Tasteful food for a place resembling grandma's old barn!

They were running a little slow this day. Felt like they were short handed. All in all, they were working as hard as they could, we understand this can still be an issue. We did have to ask for straws. There were no forks clean so we had to use plastic.

the staff was highly disorganized. Many, Many, Many people were waiting too long for their food. the staff is obviously not working as a team and clearly the manager needs to learn how to manage his team

Restaurant was not well cleaned, tables dirty, no staff at dessert counter, soup was not very hot

The details of everything was amazing! The food and down to the bathroom was beautiful. As for the taste you can already guess…wonderful.

Issues trying or with the app, I tried to order a cup of soup which I had a reward for but was not able to get the reward. I ended up just not getting it and reduced my order.

It’s a little cold . I forgot to get all my untenable and spices for the food , my coffee wasn’t as warm as I wanted it to be
