My order was made wrong. But, thanks to friendly Sylvia she is very familiar with what we normally order and she asked us if this time wanted regular omelette since we always order Egg white eggs omelette. Our response was no we alway order the same. I understand they had a new cashier in training and they were able to fix it right away.

Staff appeared untrained. Server wore no mask. Food is always good… expensive, but good!

Only unwrapped straws were available in a bucket, anyone trying to get one would touch all of them which is very unsanitary specially during the virus.

The employees that were there were excellent. However, the restaurant is shorthanded and the employees that were ther were having to do the work of two or three people. LaMadeleine has fallen down seriously in the last two years.

My order was scheduled for 7 am. IT WAS 45 MIN LATE BECAUSE THE DRIVER DIDN'T KNOW HER WAY DOWNTOWN. I HAD TO GO FIND HER, DRIVE WITH HER TO THE BUILDING & HELO HER UNLOAD THE TRUCK AND UNLOAD with my people waiting for breakfast
