Order line long, staff neutral - neither friendly nor rude, restaurant cozy but not fresh (older location?). Staff busy enough s.t. difficult to ask for an extra plate, or spoons b/c they were out.

I was charged the wrong price for the chicken friand. I told one of the employees. She argued with me & was extremely disagreeable. She said that’s what the price was on the register. When I showed her the sign, she said it was an old sign and took it down. She refused to honor the price or give me my money back. However, Deep was very nice and gave me a free dessert. There were other problems though. There was no bread out. I had to ask for it. They gave me a few slices on a plate. They never restocked the container. There was no butter out. I had to ask for that and was only given a few. Additionally, they ran out of the black raspberry jelly. While I greatly appreciated the free dessert, it was overall an aggravating experience that ruined my lunch. I had problems with the lack of cleanliness at the la Madeleine (mall of Georgia- Buford) a couple months ago. I drove out of my way to go to this location at Pleasant Hill. I won’t be going to either of these restaurants anytime soon.

There wasn’t any forks and even after we finished eating there still wasn’t any forks. We did try asking if they were being cleaned but we didn’t really get a response.

The staff who took the order was not familiar with the order or the machine. It took over 25 minutes to get my sandwich which is one of the most simple order!! I thought they forgot my order because it happened before at this location.

The quality of the food was sub par. The creme brulee was extremely sweet and the texture was gritty. The chocolate almond crossant was hard as a rock and the mini lemon tart had no lemon flavor. The creme on it tasted very pasty. I was disappointed in the quality of the food. I specifically came for the creme brulee and threw one of the two I had away because it tasted horrible.

the croissant was not good It was like a roll in the shape of a croissant. The Croissants you used to serve were made of many layers of dough folded over and over but the one you serve now Is just rolled up dough that has not been layered. I am sure you are doing this to save money but I would rather pay more and get a genuine French Croissant.

We were waiting for the food to long, 40 minutes long, we asked your associate and the answer are not satisfying, "well because we have big party in another room, and we're short of helper"and thats not excuseable!!!

It took a little longer than it should to get through the line which appears to be a staffing issue…not a huge issue, though. The bigger issue was quality. I had a pieces of spinach that were rotten (not wilted or soaked in dressing) and the cold brew coffee was extremely diluted. With just a small amount of cream it literally turned to look like milk.

I’ve been here multiple times and food used to be good but today wasn’t. Bacon was over cooked and super greasy. Croissants were super dry and almost crispy. Our side orders were forgetting and my iced latte.
