Horrible service waiter never can by

We eat at chuys in Austin on a regular basis. We drove by and saw this chuys in San Antonio and thought it would be a for sure good lunch. We were way wrong. Place was empty yet service was extremely slow and waitress was about useless. Salsa was old and not the usual fresh as it is in Austin. Looks like upper management needs to spend some more time at this location
