As a long time La Madeleine customer, I’ve noticed that the menu has changed. Some meals that used to be on the menu are no longer there. Same goes for the pastry side of the house. Why is that? The staff , although friendly, we’re not like the older staff who appeared enthusiastic. But overall , it’s still a good restaurant.

I tend to reserve the term “highly satisfied” for a truly exceptional experience. I did not have an unsatisfactory experience in any way, but did not have a life - changing experience either.

We walked around the dining area and there was not enough clean tables that were distanced enough from other parties. We had to circle the dining room a couple times to get a table that wasn't too close to other guests.

My eggs were supposed to be scrambled with cheese, and there was no cheese. My bacon was crispy, and it wasn't supposed to be. I asked to forget the tomatoes, and there was tomatoes. I'm currently unable to use the app, which your tech support is still working on for over a year. The website and the app will not accept gift cards as payment.

Cashier forgot the extra dressing I requested. She was bit to friendly. Same as always when I come in . Overall fair.
