The cafe looked understaffed. Most the tables were not being cleaned and had silverware and food on them.

The person at the register was new and made several mistakes when entering the order which took a long time. I have the La Madeleine app and emphasized that I wanted to get this visit counted in the app. After scanning the app several times and asking repeatedly if this will count as a valid visit here three days later I don't see the last visit counting in the app. The main reason for my visit was to get it counted in the app and that wasn't accomplished and I think it was due to the inexperienced person who checked me out. I will be bringing this up next time I am in the cafe to see if I can get the visit counted in the app.

Service was great and fast. My dissatisfaction is with the food. I have ordered the chicken Cesar salad for years. It has been roughly 6 months since I last had it until today. Chicken was cold and cut different and tasted bland, salad portion was small, and the croutons are no longer thick squares they are now thinner cuts which got soggy faster. Just disappointed in the changes made and will be the last time I eat at any La Mad. The if ain’t it broke don’t fix it approach should have been taken on this salad. Don’t cut corners

Employees and managers seemed overwhelmed and unfocused. Cashier kept running around handling multiple requests, rather than finishing up with customer in front of her. No forks were available, so had to ask for plasticware. Coffee was burnt and down to one caraffe. The restaurant was OUT of bread and jams. The biggest offense of all was when we went to find a table, EVERY open table was dirty and full of trash (had not been bussed). Rather than wait any longer to sit or try to grab an employee or manager, we decided to bus our own table as well as the customer behind us. Highly unsanitary and quite an unpleasant experience.

took over 3 hours to receive my order. never received a call that my order was ready.

Waited 45 minutes no food went to ask said be right out but it wasn’t. There was a mishap in the kitchen. It was a fire. We never got bread it was worst La Madeline experience ever.

Well this was my first time doing a catering order with them and I was highly dissatisfied. I had ordered food for 10 people but got only for 5. The sour baguettes were missing. It was my Thanksgiving dinner for my family visiting from Seattle. I was totally ashamed when opened the boxes and saw the missing items and BIG proportions defect.
