The Mango Salsa is a perfect complement to nachos and burritos. Servings are large! I made two meals out of one burrito.

Mango salsa was not ready at noon so I had to stand and wait for it to be ready. My food sat prepared on the counter while I waited close to 10 minutes for the mango salsa to be available. When I finally got my food and got home, they had forgotten the shredded cheese and the onions and cucumbers were in huge hunks. They should have offered to make a fresh order of nachos for me instead of serving the ones that had set on the counter for 10 minutes. Very disappointed, especially since I drove across Anderson specifically for the mango salsa.
