The server we had SUCKED he kept getting confused didn't bring us refills I drinks till aost 15 min later after he said he would it took us almost 2 and half hrs to finally leave please take care of this problem

We visited the El Chico in Muskogee OK. The waitress was slow and nom-attentive to drink refills. We kept having to ask her for them.

This was our worst visit to El Chico. We waited 20min for a waitress to come to our table for drinks and chips (they were not busy) we then waited longer for our drinks to come. 2 drinks were wrong out of 3. Finally ordered then waited an hour for food, which when received was crusted over and completely cold. It had been sitting there for some time. We did not even eat just asked to void our ticket. We were so ready to go it was ridiculous. We left with out eating. We usually like El Chico but after this visit will be awhile before I try it again.
