My friends and I love going to El Chicos! We go every other Friday.

Great experience.

This location is by far the best one in Tulsa. The food was great. I was disappointed in our waitress as I dined with two other people & we all paid on the same check. I paid with a $10 gift card & $5 in cash and my friend paid the remainder with her debit card. However the waitress didn't apply the cash to the bill. I guess she just assumed it to be her tip, so my friend was actually charged $5 extra on her card. I even asked for change for an additional $5 that wasn't put in the check book. NOT COOL!!!

The food tasted great but the service was mediocre. My friends ordered top shelf guacamole & the server brought out the items, set the tray dow, told us she would be right back then proceeded to drop off a ticket at another table, refill the drinks for that table & run the payment all while we were waiting on our food that was waiting right next to our tar. To top it off after handling the other tables payment, she didn't go to wash her hands, but she did use the wet napkin provided. A very similar thing happened last time I dined at that same el chico. The server sat the ingredients for guacamole next to our table & then disappeared for 5+ minutes. Very disappointing service by Tawny today.

Slow service

the food was ok I just wish I could get a lunch portion on the weekend and not have to pay more for it.

Restaurant was clean & service was Very good but food was not good, the quality has really declined since I ate there last.
