Big O Tires

The man I talked to, met me at the door, inspected my problem, gave me a price and said the job would probably take 45 min to an hour. I sat down, poured, a cup of coffee and began to work a cross word puzzle that I brought. In about 15 minutes, he called me up to the counter and said my job was done. I didn't even get my coffee drank and only a part of my puzzle done. Everything went well, I was amazed it was so quick. The employees at this store are all so polite and fast with the job they have to do. Thank you for this store!

The employees worked together as a team to get their customers taken care of in a timely manner. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The staff seemed to genuinely want to do a good job and make their customers happy.
