All of my experiences with Big O Tires in Mooresville have been very pleasant and positive. This time, I had a nail in a tire that couldn't be fixed, and my tires were nearing the end of their life anyway, so I had to get 4 new tires. Robbie Kelly was extremely helpful and patient in helping me choose the best new tires for my vehicle. He ended up sending someone to Plainfield to pick up the tires I wanted, and they were quickly installed, and I was on my way. The price was very fair. I'm always impressed by the whole staff at this Big O location. Everyone is always friendly and knowledgeable, and they all seem to like their jobs and each other. This creates a pleasant atmosphere for everyone in the store. I will always go to this Big O location for all of my tire needs, and I'll absolutely recommend it to everyone that I know.
