Big O Tires

I brought my vehicle in for a brake inspection believing I needed brake pads after the free inspection the associate contacted me stating my pads were still good and had life left on them but my rear brakes needed further inspection due to the type they are (drum) and couldn't be diagnosed without a more thorough look so he scheduled me for a more convenient time. I was pleased to see they didn't just try to sale me something I didn't need and was honest with me. I will be taking it back for the back to be inspected also.

I always go to big o tires for oil changes, tire repair and purchase, etc. I always feel valued and appreciated. I feel it is a true community business

Professionalism, timeliness, friendliness, quality of work. I believe the people at Big O are honest, and that means a lot to me! Tom is always very helpful when I need anything done to my vehicle.

Shane and his crew always do great work! They are polite, knowledgeable and keep me informed. They are not the cheapest in town, but when it comes to protecting the large investment I have in my fleet of vehicles, I'd rather pay more for quality products and services than save a few bucks and regret it later. I bought some big o A/T tires a few years ago that were extremely loud and annoying. I wanted to get them replaced and Sam went out of her way to make sure I got a fair deal on a new set of cooper tires. I’m extremely happy with the service and new tires.
