I explained what needed to be accomplished and it was carried through.

Had both vehicles serviced today. Very pleased with the time it took. Only issue was the coupon I gave to the person registering the first oil change did not attach it to the bill. I had to return to have it adjusted.

The staff was very friendly and when they realized I had been waiting to long they took 10$ off my total
