I came in 45 minutes before closing for a flat repair. I was informed 20 mins later that it was not able to be repaired due to a hole in the sidewall. They also made me aware that my tires were old and didn’t have much tread left and that I needed 4 new tires. Because it was so close to closing. They asked if I could leave the car overnight and they would do it first thing in the morning. I received a call the next day at 9:30 AM letting me know that my car was finished!

This vehicle is an emergency ambulance. It had a tire with a gash in the sidewall. I called and spoke to Trey and he got us in immediately. They had the new tire already pulled and waiting for us when we arrived. I really appreciated the urgency in helping us get this truck back in-service to take calls. This happens nearly everytime we come in and it is much appreciated.
