Big O Tires

We have brought our vehicles into this location at least 10 years. The service and employees have been great. We will continue to bring our cars in for services at this location.

They are always friendly and smiling and bend over backwards to help.

They fixed my rim and put a new tire on. I waited and it didn’t take very long. They were very friendly.

Without an appointment, we dropped off our Prius for a brake issue as well as, two tire issues. Shortly there after, we received a call from Tom who advised us of the brake issues as well as, the estimate for brake repairs, which seemed resonable. Tom told us, once the brakes are repaired, the mechanic will check the tires in question. Within a few hours Tom phoned us and advised us our vehicle was ready to be picked up. Upon arrival, Tom said the mechanic advised to reinstall the tires for a better bead seal. Upon picking up our vehicle, we found the brake issues were no, as well as, the tire issues. Great communications, resonable pricing and as usual, excellent customer service.

I use Big O for all of the mechanical needs of our vehicles. I always talk and schedule maintenance with Tom Duh, who always does a great job, gets me the best price possible, and communicates with me throughout the process. He, along with all of the staff at Big O, are great to work with.

Friendly staff and completed work in a timely matter

I went in with a punctured tire and it was not able to be repaired and they found that my tires were nearing needing replaced so I decided to replace all 4 tires. The tires were in stock and they completed the work in well under an hour
