I have been coming here for quite awhile and have always been treated very nice, they are fast, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful, I did not know why my brake light on the passenger side was not working , they took the time to check all the bulbs, in and out and now my brake lights and turn signals work.

The radiator fan on our La Cross continued running after engine was shut off, and after 20 minutes of running (w/outdoor temp >50) , the temp gauge still showed cold. Researching online indicated faulty temp sensor and/or thermostat. I mentioned this to manager Tom when I called Big O. He told me that's probable and he'd be happy to squeeze us in that same day if we could drop off the car soon. We dropped it by 10 am for service as well as an oil change. They contacted us before 3pm informing us the problem was just a loose connection at temp sensor and the oil change was completed. I hadn't considered a loose connection and had expected to pay for a new sensor and t-stat. We are very grateful for their honesty - and always recommend Big O to all our friends and family!! We've been bringing our personal and business vehicles to Big O in Mooresville for more than 15 years and have never had a bad experience. There's tremendous value in having a local auto repair shop w/the level of service and integrity that Big O in Mooresville provides.

Employees extremely friendly and helpful. The manager of the lube are, Cole Parton was really helpful, explained everything fully and their pricing. The entire team were very friendly, courteous and very cordial. The group seems to work very well together. Everyone was upbeat, and it showed in the nice environment. Will be taking all vehicles there from now on.

Every time I go to Big O in Mooresville they seem to know me and that personal touch is important to me. It makes me think the staff care about my reasons for being there, they are happy to see me and aren't too busy to say HI when they see me. I don't know why I would bother going anywhere else.
