Big O Tires

Samantha & Shane went above & beyond! I called in on Friday evening, ordered the tires, was called at 08:00 on Saturday to let me know my tires were in so I scheduled for Monday (they could have installed that day). They even offer a Military discount! I wanted to keep the old tires for a "project" for my nieces and thought they'd just throw them into the back of the SUV but NOPE!! They bagged them and stacked them nicely for me as to not dirty the rear of my SUV. I did not wait long, the service was impeccable and all team members were friendly and greeted me with a smile. Samantha was very thorough in keeping me updated and in going over the cost of what I was paying for. Excellent service!! Highly recommended!! We will NEVER go anywhere else!! Easy 5 Stars! Job WELL DONE!!

Drop off was a good option for me! They called said I needed air filter told me how much and installed it. Lastly my truck didn't start (neither their or my issue just a fluke) they helped get it running and told me to let them know if it happened again.

I have someone in place, I go to do my business. They are playing professional. And very, very polite. I will not go anywhere else in my and I'll always recommend to a friends and family to take your vehicles to them
