The service tech met us at the line for oil changes. He took care of my additional request to balance the tires. We were promptly notified when the vehicle could be picked up.

I was second in line for an oil/filter change. I waited in the cool A/C office and the paperwork was completed while the car was being serviced. I was pleased with the short time that it took to service my car.

I called them 5 minutes before closing and was provided excellent customer service, wasn't rushed and provided a great price. We scheduled the services for the next morning and had the vehicle back by 12:30pm that day. New tires, alignment & oil change all for $1,045.00. Thank you, Big O Tires!!

Picked up vehicle and after getting home I noticed a part was missing but they found it and made everything right when we returned . I use to be a mechanic and sometimes it just happens so no big deal .
