Shane took good care of me when I bought new tires. They came in next day and were put on that day. As we drove off we had a problem with our jeep. An employee you all call Bear was where our vehicle broke down (after hours) after working all day he helped us out and recommended we leave the vehicle at Big O parking lot and come back in morning and he would get it taken care of for us. He did just that thank you Shane and Bear!!!
