Big O Tires

Big O Tire is a very busy business. I try to understand exactly what maintenance is expected from Big O. To this point, Big O has always taken the time to explain, and repeat, if necessary, what I should expect from them. With a 12-year-old car, routine maintenance often finds unexpected problems. Big O seem to understand this and can get parts on short notice. An important consideration from any repair shop.

Checking in process was simple and quick. I was already in the system, so this made the process easy. Left the car there, to which I was notified when the oil change was completed and ready for pick-up. No issues.

I stopped to see when they could do a brake job no my wife’s car. They said they could start that day so I went home and brought the wife’s car back. After a few hours, the job was done. The attendance were polite, helpful and professional.
