Greeted promptly, sales person was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable, he explained how the Road Hazard Warranty that I had would replace the tire that was damaged, got the tire replaced and back on the road.

I needed a socket for the special lug nut for each wheel .Shane was tremendously helpful.
