I appreciate the car being vacuumed and the windshield cleaned before the oil change. Also when the guy was finished with the oil change he pulled the vehicle out and had the air on. Very professional business.

I recently purchased a vehicle with a warranty and it requires documented oil changes to keep. I brought it to Big O because of past dealings, but an error happened. The manager on duty resolved the problem and made good on the error by offering a free oil change. It went off without a hitch thus making a return visit possible.

I had a flat tire at my house. AAA came and put on the spare, but I had to drive to Lafayette the next morning and needed the flat repaired and put back on the car. I arrived at Big O 5 minutes before closing on a Friday night. This was my first time coming there. Every single person I encountered couldn't have been any nicer, and every employee who walked by me as they were leaving said goodbye and told me to have a nice night/weekend. My tire was fixed in about 20 minutes, and I was shocked when I was told that there was no charge! Nothing is free anymore, so this is an INCREDIBLE service that you provide. I will absolutely be back when I need new tires soon.
