Big O Tires

Came in with a tire with a slow leak which was caused by a bolt in the tire. Big-O personnel removed the bolt and repaired the tire at no cost to me. That’s a great deal.

Everyone is so nice and helpful and I never have to wait long.

I had been told by a car dealer service department that all the lug nuts on my truck were swollen and needed replaced asap. Went to Big O , tech inspected lug nuts and stated only 10 of the 24 were swollen and should be replaced. Saved me over $200., Jason at the service desk explained all the details and costs of the job before it was preformed.

Mounted and balanced tire on rim, off vehicle. I was greeted promptly at the service desk and tech went with me to get the tire and wheel. Called to say it was done about 1 1/2 hours later. I picked it up and no problems.

Cole and His team in the oil change dept . Are always very friendly and helpful and do their best to get you in and serviced and back on the road as quickly as possible . I will continue to return every oil change .
