Did not realize how much the vehicle was in need of the service....upon completion it drove like it did whem it was new!

Shane, the owner of this shop in Mooresville IN, definitely is the best businessman around and knows customer service. He makes sure to take care of his customers. The issue I had was arriving 30 minutes prior to them opening to be first to have my oil changed. They did not have the oil filter my vehicle needed, so one was ordered and I was told they would call me when it came in. I took the day off work to have this done. When I arrived several hours later, there were 8-9 vehicles in line and I was told that I would have to wait several hours by a very rude employee. Excuse me, but I was first here this morning, and was sent home to wait. So I went and explained the situation to Shane who immediately took care of the situation and got me in and out in 30 minutes as it should have been when I returned. I appreciate Shane for running his business as it should be ran and taking care of his long time customers. That is what brings me back to BigOTires.

Samantha Mattingly was very helpful she had to find a convention for my size and then get them ordered. Then she call me when they came in and had them mounted that day.

I neglected to tell the associate that I wanted to sell my stock rims so the technician did not replace core valves in my stock TPS sensors. When I found this out at home, I called and talked to Shane. He said if I came back in, he would happily have them reinstalled. He didn't have to offer this as it was my fault. Very pleased with this solution and the technician on my second trip was very friendly. As was Shane.
