Didn’t have an appointment but was worked in very shortly. Work was done quickly even with a busy shop. Owner spoke with me directly and explained that the requested work was completed; but he recommended another service that would address my issue more effectively. I plan to make an appointment for that service soon.

Quote was spot on had a lugnut issue and they explained the problem and solution then took care of it

I took my car in to get the water pump replaced. Seemed simple enough, but complications arose. Things went awry on the reassembly, and of a sudden I no longer had a functional engine. Tom, the Service Manager, said he would make it right. He did - above and beyond. My car came back better than I sent it in. I grew up in a time where mechanics were less honorable than doctors prescribing COVID vaccines. To find mechanics that operate on principle and integrity is rare but much appreciated in a world gone mad. Shane has built an incredible business with a Big O franchise, and he has the best people working there. Excellent work, and my only hope is that all of these favorable comments don't create excessively long lines as more and more people find their way to Big O Tires! 😁 Thank you guys and gals!
