I was in and out in 20 min.

From the moment I pulled up and needed clarification on where to park, to checking in, to checking out, the experience was perfect. The gentleman outside of the bays that told me where to park couldn’t have been more helpful & polite. The gentleman at the counter that checked me in was very friendly, he let me know they would get to it as quickly as possible (I still expected a wait because they were BUSY!). The gentleman that took my car to the garage was beyond courteous when he had to give me a moment to get out of my car because I was looking at paperwork. The work was done quickly, the details were explained to me, any remaining issues were brought to my attention, and I was provided with a print out for reference. Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a car-related place. HIGHLY recommend!

I was an hour away and called to see if they could get me in. I had to pull over twice to put air in my tire. Without hesitation he said get here safe and we will be ready for you! They were! Fast and easy service, no hassles, no sales pitch just the trusted, reliable and respectful service I have always received here at the Mooresville location. #customerforlife!

Friendly Helpful and nice people

Always nice and efficient. The only problem I’ve had was about 6 months ago I had my battery replaced and since then I’m getting a charging trouble and they can’t figure out why.

For what I came in for, an oil change. The whole store was working as a well oiled machine.
