Big O Tires

Tom assessed the problem and proposed a solution offering service the day of my visit. My schedule did not allow me to stay that day but I was offered a time for the following day. I had no wait to check in for my appt. The service plan and costs were reviewed prior to service. I enjoyed coffee and a table and chair with ability to work during my wait. The work was completed in less time than proposed. Great experience. This Big O is now my tire service center! There were many customers there but service seemed organized. Thank you!!

People were friendly and very cooperative

I have never taken my vehicle anywhere else and I'm satisfied with the work done on it. If I ever have an issue it gets resolved but I have only had that happen one time before. They're professional with great attitudes and sense of humorel

Did what was to be done. Could not replace some parts (my) parts were the wrong parts.
