As always, Tom Duh was extremely helpful with the repairs necessary on our vehicle.

I was able to get right in and they were able to get my tire fixed and all rotated along with my oil change. Very happy with their service.

We've been going there for a while for all of our vehicles and they are always really good and really knowledgeable. Sometimes if it's something on the small side they don't even charge us. I guess that's what I'm most impressed about is they they don't even charge us. The last time entire valve was leaking and I don't even think we got the tire from them because it was a car we had purchased for a teenage drivers and it came with the car. But we took it in for them to fix the leaky valve and they fixed it and didn't even charge us for it. They really know their stuff and anytime we've brought a car in with an issue they get it right the first time. We are more small local mechanic people and I know this is a franchise, but we are just really impressed with this Big o tire. We'll keep going back as long as they keep giving us such great service.
