Every time I take my car to Big O in mooresville, IN I have the best experience. I believe it was Cole who checked my car in and out and he is always super nice professional and realistic w what my car needs.

I had a flat tire and had to have the doughnut put on and it was almost flat. drove to Big O tire and they got me in and asap and they plugged my tire and put air in the spare. Put the tire back on and put the spare back underneath where it was suppose to go. Fantastic friendly service.. They did this as a courtesy for me and charged me nothing!!! BIG THANK YOU!!!!!
