Big O Tires

I had an issue with the front end, having road noice. Shane took me for a demo ride so he could identify the issue. My car was serviced within a few hours, as promised, and the pricing was as quoted. The noise was located and the repairs were within the proce range I expected.

I was on vacation in Arizonia when my check engine light came on. I called the Big O Dealer in Mooresville to get advice on this issue. I spoke with Tom, and he provided me with information on how to address this problem. I went to a Big O Dealer in Arizonia for a check to be run on my vehicle. The employee I spoke to did not seem like he wanted to help me. I called Tom again with the test results. Tom's car knowledge was very helpful. I drove the car back to Indiana and my local and friendly Big O Dealership repaired the car. I appreciate the helpfulness of the staff.

Amy was able to get me the rim and tire package I wanted along with the look. Amy was low pressure on the sale and that was a good thing!

Brakes have been a problem but the problems have all been resolved under warranty.

Have been shopping this Big O location for years and have always been extremely pleased with the service. Shane and Tom have been involved since my first visit. Great people.
