I had a tire repaired that repair was free, but I was treated as a valued customer. I had brake inspection, also handled with respect. My purchase was 2 installed wiper blades. Every thing was well handled.

The ease by which they conduct business is just what I am looking for in a tire dealer. They are what I remember businesses being like when I was young. They greeted you with a friendly smile, kept you informed, listened to me, analyzed the problem, and fixed it properly. Cost has never been a problem at Big O. They are competitive and very loyal to old customers, but happy to establish the same with new customers. Dave, Shawn, and Tom have always taken great care of me and my family.
