They were well staffed so I was able to drop off my truck quickly and with no wait. I explained what I needed and they said not a problem we will call you when it is done. I was in and out quickly and felt confident it was going to be done correctly.

We have been going to this big O location for years and have always been very happy with the service there. Shane and Derek are awesome...in fact I don't think we have ever had a bad experience here. We tell everyone to go to Mooresville Big O tires.
