Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Have 6 vehicles frequently serviced there and keep track of all 6 appropriately. Have had issues in past and have always takin care of the problem.

I have been doing business with Big O from the very beginning with David Doyle. Shane was one of the 1st people Dave hired. Since Shane has taken over the business, he he has truly maintained the same high quality of service and customer satisfaction.

Service was great The tire ws ready when they said it would be. The counter people were terrific.

I brought in tractor tires that had slow leaks and when put in the water they showed no leaks. They are old, had been plugged before, and the sidewalls had small cracks. It was suggested that the weight of the tractor forced the small leaks so instead of buying new tires to put tubes in and save some $. The tractor belongs to my elderly neighbor and is rarely used so this made a lot of sense and saved her some $ which she always appreciates. I was expecting to pick up the tires the next day, but they were done in less than 2 hours, and I was still running errands in Mooresville so it saved me a trip to town since I live in the Waverly area.

The staff were friendly, the waiting area was newly remodeled and looked nice and clean. And love the fact your company gives veterans a discount.
