In addition to the oil change, I had asked for a rotate and balance of the tires. I had purchased the tires at Big O and was not completely satisfied with the balance on one of the tires. I decided to wait until the next service interval to have the balance issue resolved. I mentioned at the counter that one of the tires was out of balance and that I did not know which one. When I picked up the vehicle, I noticed immediately that it was resolved. Whichever service technician completed the rotate and balance on my vehicle did an exemplary job.
