Dereck was very helpful and pleasant to me when I arrived. The time the service took was just as he said it would take. I have been coming to Big O for sometime and I think Dereck was the most helpful and caring person to date.

Our car overheated on the highway coming from Ohio to Missouri and it was close to closing time and Cole the lube bay manager got us taken care of despite it being so close to closing time! Him and his staff were so helpful and accommodating! I highly recommend !! They saved the day for sure!!

Came in with leaking tire. Was repaired within 30 minutes - for free. The young man repairing the tire was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Great service.

The tires that the she found wasn't available at the store. After trying to find someone to get them and couldn't find anyone. She drove over to the warehouse so I could get the tires.

I have brought my cars to big o for many years. And as long as they continue to have great service and prices I will continue to do so.
