The men were so helpful! They helped with the questions I had without any judgement ! I also feel they went above and beyond making sure my car was in great condition!

I was a little leery of going to big O as I had a bad experience with them in Kentucky. After reading the reviews of the one here in Mooresville I decided to give it a try I was blown away by the level of service as well as the detail that they put into a simple tire change. On the invoice that I received it even talked about the torque that they put on my tires putting them in. very awesome! I will definitely be returning to this Big o tire in the future as well as for this car as well as my others. thank you for providing a great service to us here in the Mooresville area

I showed up early (7:30 am) because you all are so good here I think half the state comes to the Mooresville location, lol.

Every single time I’ve come in, I have been treated professionally and well taken care of. Starting with Shane, the entire crew I encounter each time has gone above and beyond what previous company’s have done for me. I’m Big O for life…as long as Shane still owns it
