WOULDN'T TOP OFF FLUIDS WHEN ASKED AS PEP BOYS ALWAYS DID WHENEVER I GOT SYNTHETIC OIL CHANGE. COUPON WAS NO BIG DEAL.

Oil change fine try to sell me 2 tires telling me that my tires were cracked what a joke went to my other car center & was told that their was nothing wrong they stated that if their was an issue with your tire we will let you know now what's my other car

I needed my tire to be looked at. I called and spoke to Nick at this location. Nick was very pleasant and professional he told me to bring my car in. I brought my car in and Nick greeted me and I gave him the keys and he found that there was a nail in it. The tire was repaired quickly and I was on my way. I like having Midas in our neighborhood for any problems that can arise and need to be repaired. Thank you for your great customer service! I will be a customer for all my car needs!
