this location was fabulous. the staff was great! we really enjoyed our dinner. when we are in the area again we will definitely visit again.

This place is great! Everyone is so friendly and the atmosphere is great too! I love that they have a drive through too, makes it very convenient!

needs better service

I asked for an ice tea and they gave me the wrong one. I've ordered from this El Pollo Loco before and have no idea how they got it wrong. Also, the food was very dry. The tortillas were old and difficult to eat. It's my first bad experience at El Pollo Loco.
