El Pollo Loco

The small size is super small.

They should list ALL the ingredients of something on the menu. mine had rice and it wasn't listed as an ingredient. I dislike their rice very much, so it ruined the rather expensive salad for me.

Drive thru wait was extremely long. I ordered Tacos al carbon and was told to hold on then asked if I wanted a drink. I said no thank you that's it then another long pause. "You don't want anything else?" I said again no thank you. Got to drive thru window gave my card and was handed tacos al carbon with no salsas. Had to ask for salsa or my food would have been too dry. Will not come back. Very disappointed.

I have always loved El Pollo Loco, and have been to many. I ordered the two piece combo with leg and thigh. The sides were up to par for any other store, but the chicken was horrible. Very small and over cooked. I will continue to go to El Pollo Loco, but will never return to this one.
