This ls the pollo loco near my house so its very convenient for me to visit

Service was a little slow but over all good

Didn't do order right

Portions to small

Half of my order was wrong

We were at the order mic in the drive thru for about 3 minutes before anyone said hello. I thought maybe they were closed. When I asked for salsa (which is made daily) I was told they ran out. I work at a Resturant so I knew it was code for "we ran out and aren't gonna make anymore".

I ordered the new loco street tacos combo and the tacos were cold! Since when are street tacos cold?! I definitely do no recommend the loco street tacos from here!!!
