Wanted a healthier meal

Usually everything's good at this location. Today there was no cilantro on either of the salads. The taco del carbon had no onions no cilantro. And the avocado that I paid extra for on two salads was hardly there. 3 tiny slivers SMH

This el pollo loco takes almost 30 minutes to prepare an order. Very slow and usually gets something wrong with the order so check the bag before you leave. It's the closest el pollo to my job but I might have to go somewhere else from now on. I got the spicy chipotle burrito and it was all rice mostly with over seasoned chicken. So disappointed. I had to toss it.

it opens at 10 am was in the drive thru for 10 min no one was there but there was people ordering inside
