They always mess up my order but their food is pretty good

I had a horrible experience. Every time I go to this location they messed up my order. The cashier was very unhelpful.

My BRC burrito was folded terribly and everything fell out when I took the first bite. The chips I ordered tasted so disgusting. Like they had been cooked in very foul oil. Every time I go to a player Loco the food is good.?
