They charge too much for Sour cream! 50 cents for a small glop of sour cream!? I would understand if it was .25 cents worth. But 50 cents is too much and not enough sour cream for a chicken bowl! Chipotle doesn't even charge for sour cream! And they give you quadruple of what Pollo Loco gives you. Ps. I was told the last time I was there that the sour cream was only going to be an additional 20 cent charge. That was last week. And now?! 50 cents?! No. The food was great but overpriced sour cream is a NO.

I was disappointed in this El Pollo Loco. It was messy and not well kept up.
