This was the first time in about 7 months that I went to El Pollo Loco due to a previous negative experience. I have no complaints today. The drive thru was speedy and efficient.

Worst customer service ever. The lady was annoyed by me since I couldn't hear all her questions with the drive thru speaker having so much background noise.
