We had a flat, and came in to have it repaired. They did it immediately and didn’t charge me. They literally saved my weekend vacation

I was able to get in and get taken care of right away. I was there for around 30 minutes at the most. I was pleased with the customer service and overall process.

Walk in and was took care of quickly

Staff was very friendly, prices were as expected, and time to get in and out was around one hour which is by far faster than other places I have been.

Nice staff who resolved my problem. I purchased tired last year, there was no paperwork in the computer because of a new computer system and i was still taken care of. Thanks big o tires in Glasgow.

everything was fine other than the hour and a half wait. appointments are not taken. had i known that lunchtime was not a good time to come in for an oil change i would have adjusted my schedule.
