I requested that tire pressure be checked and dash light reset during visit. To my knowledge, this wasn’t done. Light was still on.

Check in employee would not allow me to pay until tire was placed on. Wheel. I was attempting to save time. It took way to long to remove one tire and put on a new one.

Bait and switch tactic. I set up my tires and appointment online and it gave me a price and a time. Got to checkout far beyond reasons time (8:15 appointment, returned at 10 and they hadn’t even started work, then took almost two hours to change 4 tires), and they told me total was $1450ish when the BigO site said it would be $1150. They “forgot” the coupon to take $140 off but it was still $200 more than I agreed to when I made the appointment. I wasn’t ever told the online price was a scam.

I had a coupon for an oil change and tire rotation. They told me my car was finished and I asked if they rotated the tires. I was told my coupon did not include a tire rotation. I pointed out to him that it did. They brought my car back in and rotated the tires.

I dropped my truck off at an 11:00 appointment and they had my tires in stock waiting outside the bay door. I explained that I needed to have my truck back before 5:30 because I had a family members birthday dinner that started at that time down the road. I got a ride to pick my truck up and at 6:15 decided to walk to the restaurant because my truck was still not ready. Thank God the manager was there to recheck the pressure in my tires because when the technicians were done it only had half the air in them that the tires were rated for.

Be honest with me, would be a good place to start. The new TPMS was not being picked up by the car's ECM. I was told to drive it a few miles and the tire pressure light (which was not on when I brought the car in) would go out. After driving the car 50-75 miles, the light was still on, so I brought the car back to have the sensor checked. We verified that the sensor was functioning, and that the ECM wasn't picking up the signal. After discussing the options, we decided (or rather I decided) that returning on Monday with the old (and previously functioning) TPMS and re-installing it in the wheel was the next logical step.
