Fix the issue completely so I don't have to return. Tech stated that I would have to drive the car for a while for the Tire Pressure to reset. Not sure that this is correct?

Be more specific about areas checked on the vehicle and the things you think needs fixed. On mine they wrote brakes, belt, wipers. The belt and wiper I understood but the man couldn’t seem to explain the brakes to me. Because I had just put brakes on the vehicle 1 month before.

Tire disposal isnt 6.00 as well as you tax on everything including tire disposal and labor instead of taxing on just the item itself

I left my car there for an oil change and they do a free tire rotation. One of my hubcaps had to of been broken or lost because it was missing upon pickup. I just wish they would've told me. I get it stuff happens. But no one alerted me to it. They've been on since I got the car and now ones missing. I was just very upset at finding out on my own by seeing it missing.

When appointment is scheduled try to keep when they start work close to your appointment thats why we have appointments and why we schedule appointments

Your services were very expensive for the repair and parts. Over $1300 for front brakes, rotors, and calipers. The parts shoulds have run about $650 at most and then I essentially was charged another $650 for two hours worth of labor.

I had a coupon that said oil change and tire rotation was $17.99 which I presented upon entering. When the work was completed, I was told the oil change was $69.00 and less the $17.99 coupon, I owed $51.99. I had to point out that the coupon does not state that, after they read the coupon and agreed with me, they then added shop supplies to the bill, my final total was $27.??, which I paid. Big O tires is notorious for jacking up prices on customers. That is why they have a C rating by the BBB and are not recommended.

The best way I know would be if someone like what happened to me orders tires and makes an appointment through your web CERT. You make sure that the tires they ordered are there because I went through this process and I had to settle for tires that I did not order.

Stopped in around 10 am to see about getting an oil change. They were slammed and asked if I could schedule for later in afternoon between 1 & 2. I was fine with that. I was leaving town and wasn’t in a rush. There were 2 labor charges on the receipt. 1 at the top based on time and 1 at the bottom as well. I didn’t notice this until I had left just that the total was high. Husband went to pick up keys and a little before 5 and they hadn’t even started. Said to come back around 545 and it still wasn’t done. When I went back to pick up my car there was no sticker for next oil change. I had specifically asked if they would check windshield wiper fluid because my light was on and I was completely out. The light was still on and I was still out when I got in the car. Extremely frustrating considering the time it took and the higher than normal cost of a simple oil change. I understand they were short staffed but me and my husband both made it perfectly clear we were fine and understanding to the time it may take to make sure it was done properly.
