When someone purchases tires and you install them they should ask If the customer has locking lug nut so if they don't have a key for them they don't have to sit and wait 2 hours for them to tell you they can't do the job. Maybe your techs should have a locking lug nut key set for problems like this not everyone knows they don't have one. This how you lose business

I made an appointment online for a oil changed. Arrived five minutes early. Checked in. Waited an hour, with two children might I say... to be told it could be another two hours or more before my car was serviced. What’s the point of an appointment if your not going to service my car at least close to the time I scheduled it for. I think you shouldn’t be able to make an appointment if it’s not going to be honored. Will never go back.
