Ordered and set an appointment online, said my total would be around 369 for all. Went to appointment ended up paying 520 for hidden fees that were not communicated online. Also weight was put on tire wrong making me have to come back because there was a clicking noise.

The guys didn’t know you had to prime the file manually before starting the diesel truck. So had to go out and show them where to prime the truck.

The visit I just completed was great. The service rep was quick and efficient and the actual alignment took no time at all. However, the week prior I had scheduled an alignment as well. About ten minutes after dropping it off I got a phone call saying "We can't complete the alignment because your car needs a battery, oil change, pitman arm, and boll-joint". Now, yes the pitman arm and ball-joint would prevent an alignment from happening, but the person that called evidently didn't know that an oil change and battery had zero to do with an alignment. But, also, the oil had just been changed 3 days prior to that, the technician told it just looked really dark. When I got the vehicle back I checked it and it did not look dark at all. Also, the battery is 13 months old and not needing to be replaced at all. I was worried about the knowledge of the location with the battery and oil comments they made. However, I lucked out a week later after I replaced the pitman arm and ball joint to have received a satisfactory alignment.

it was not clearly explained that the price of labor, mounting, and balancing were not included in the price of the tires. This was extra. We went in thinking we would be paying a certain price and it ended up costing about $300 more than we expected. At the other tire shops in the area the labor, mounting, and balancing are included in the tire price up front. Very disappointed in our experience.

I know problems arise with other vehicles. It just took considerably longer than if I'd just do it myself.

The associates seemed unprofessional, there was yelling to and from the shop that I could hear from the lobby. No one communicated with me on how long it was supposed to take and let me know how it was going. I sat and waited for almost an hour and a half for an oil change and tire rotation when I made an appointment. I asked for my running light to be looked at and they forgot and I didn’t have time by the time they finally were going to look at it for me.

Car was not re-set and tires were 4-7 lbs low on 3 tires … I paid $25 extra for rotation! Now I have maintenance/tire warning constantly… the times prior I had been at this location was great but this time was different people and very dissatisfied..I don’t feel good about it as it was too fast also .. very odd … I don’t feel I can trust to repeat this service there now !
